Welcome, Sport Against Suicide is holding an open summer challenge to Walk, Run or Jog 1 Million Steps between the 1st July - 30th September Helping us to deliver and fund projects that prevent suicide . You can also take one of the smaller family friendly challenges if this suits you better. It all counts !

Don't forget your choice of steps counter. You may find one on your phones health app, your watch, pedometer, health tracker or download one from the app store. Be sure to keep a track of your steps throughout the challenge and let us know when you complete your steps ( send us a copy) date and time, so we can add you to our leader board.
