Thinking About Suicide

⚽  Many people feel isolated and alone, maybe because something has happened in their life now or in their past, maybe they have experienced mental illness and are struggling to feel well. They may feel overwhelmed and consumed by their situation, feeling tormented and trapped with no one to talk to and feeling that no one will understand and they will just be burden. A pain so deep  they feel it will not end and that the only option they have is to end their lives.

⚽ Does this sound like you? If so please take a moment to consider telling someone about these thoughts, help and support is there for you from people who care and understand. Organisations set up specifically for people like you, who want to help you to get through this painful and difficult time. Remember anyone of us can feel suicidal and its important to know that you are not alone and help and support is here.

Who can i talk to?
